ffShipping Options: - Standard ground shipping is FREE on orders over $50 and normally arrives to you within 4 days of our ship date. The ship date varies with each ring and can be found on the description page for each ring. Depending on the brand and type of ring, the ship date of when the ring leaves our store may be only 2 or 3 days while others may take 10 to 14 days before shipping. - 2 Day Priority is $20 and arrives to you within 2 days of our ship date. - Next Day Air is $25 and arrives to you the day after we ship it.
Our ship date varies with ring type. This time period is defined in the details section for each ring.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on the following items: - Rings with engraving - Diamond rings or rings with other stones - Customized rings such as special finishes - Rings altered by a third party (this includes sizing) - Any items that have been damaged in any way.
On other rings, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund. Other rings may be returned or exchanged, but a restocking fee (10% on all rings) will be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: You must follow the instructions below in order to return your purchase. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Please call customer service at 601-749-3388 to obtain your RMA number. This number should be placed on the outside and inside of your package. 123WeddingRings.com will not recognize any package that does not have a return authorization (RMA) number accompanying it. All products must be returned within 10 days of the return merchandise authorization (RMA) issue date. The returned items must be in New and Unused condition with all original packing materials. Items should be packaged in the same materials and way as when you received them. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it to us via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. A refund will be issued upon the inspection. If you selected FREE UPS ground or 3day shipping option for your original shipment, we will deduct $8.50 in order to cover the original shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of your total purchase price for restocking fee for damaged or altered items.
If exchanging for another ring, additional shipping charges for shipment of the new band as well as shipping of the original band from 123WeddingRings to the manufacturer will apply and your new band will begin processing as soon as the returned item is received.
